Rules Committee

The Rules Committee carries out the following tasks as required:

1. Resolve any conflict over the interpretation of the Constitutionor the Rules,
2. When requested by the Executive Council, advise it on any proposed new Rules, or amendments to the Constitution, or any other matter concerning either.
3. Resolve any doubt, difficulty or conflict over the credentials of any delegation or delegate to the General Assembly.
