•                    If you will be participating physically at the workshop in Tokyo, please fill out the REGISTRATION FORM at the Workshop Participation and Video-link Pages Link 

HOTEL Reservations: If you will be physically attending the workshop you will need to make your own hotel reservations. The workshop venue is the Shinagawa Prince hotel, which is just across the street from the Shinagawa train station. There are several other hotels very nearby. The Workshop Announcement and Agenda Page link contains links to these hotels for your convenience, and the Workshop Participation and Video-link Page provides links to information about the Shinagawa area.

•                    If you will be participating only by watching the workshop through the video-link, please go to the above-mentioned Workshop Participation and Video-link Pages and select WEB-CAST. IF you are only attending via the video link, there is no need to fill out the REGISTRATION FORM on the above-mentioned registration web-link page.

HOWEVER, in order to view the workshop via the video-link, you will asked, at the WEB-CAST page, to register for the video-link. We need your registration information so that you will receive all post-workshop summary materials.

NOTE: The WEB-CAST link will only be active during the Workshop. HOWEVER, each day’s presentations will be archived and will be available for viewing the next day.
