Since 1966, the Argentine Society of Radiation Protection (Sociedad Argentina de Radioprotección, SAR) has brought together professionals and technicians working in the area of radiation protection with the purpose of promoting the execution of works and the exchange of knowledge on radiological protection and issues related to this specialty.
